Security settings and the event log

Require two-step by role, see failed sign ins and lockouts, review who can sign, and read the security event log.

Steps

  1. Open Admin, Security. In the app: /admin/security
  2. Set the two-step policy (supervisors and above is the usual choice), read the failed sign ins and lockouts of the last day, and run the access review of who can approve.
  3. Single sign on with Microsoft Entra or Google is under Integrations. In the app: /admin/integrations

  • Set up email from your own domain Password resets, approval notices and the weekly digest are sent from the mail server you enter, so they come from your domain.
  • Your name, logo and colors The product name, short name, logo and colors print on the pages and the documents; the organization's legal name prints on the manual and every record.
