Training Program Manual (TN-TPM)
The manual True North writes from your program, frozen as submitted to the FAA.
Open the sample: Training Program Manual (TN-TPM)True North runs your maintenance training program from the manual the FAA approves to the signature on each record, so you can show who was qualified for the work, on the day they did it.

Each part produces a record an inspector or auditor asks for, all from the same live program. Pick a part to see it.
Start from 38 standard items, edit them to match your station, and generate the Training Program Manual to send to your responsible Flight Standards office.

Training logged in True North becomes a record only when an authorized approver signs it in the system. The form lands in the employee's binder and every change goes to a log the application never edits.

27 lessons ship ready to use, and the True North Training Library adds 141 more courses, about 85 hours in 10 domains, that a station adds to its program in one click.

The qualification matrix shows who is current for each item and aircraft type. Overdue items, open OJT, and initial items past their window all count as not current.

Five kits cover records, shift turnover, EHS safety, quality control, and parts and aircraft control. Fill a form in on screen and print it to sign, or print it blank with your logo and form numbers.

Anyone can report a hazard, anonymously if they choose. Rate it, assign the action, open a corrective action request, link the training, and pull it all into the management review.

The documents True North produces, as your principal maintenance inspector, auditor, or registrar would see them. Made from the demo's fictional station, watermarked, and flattened.

Open the sample: Management Review Record (TN-MR-01)True North keeps the records, controls, and documents; your station stays responsible for its program. The software is not FAA approved and is not AS9110 certified: the FAA approves a repair station's training program, and a registrar certifies your organization. Select a clause to see what covers it.
An approved program with initial and recurrent training, revisions submitted to the responsible Flight Standards office, and records kept at least two years.
Indoctrination, human factors, needs assessments, course definitions, qualified instructors, effectiveness measures, and the interface with work assignment.
Records issued through a named approver, electronic signatures only for people who acted, and a log the application never edits or deletes.
Items by position, evaluations, OJT, and documents people read and sign when a procedure changes.
Binder PDFs, controlled documents with revision history, and a SHA-256 digest on every record change.
Corrective action requests from audits and safety reports, and a management review pack built from live data.
Security controls are described against NIST SP 800-171 families for customer and registrar questionnaires.
A station is each shop you add to the Shop registry. People are not counted, so your whole roster is covered as you hire. Self hosted or hosted, white labeled to your shop.

Yes. Self host it on your own server or in your own Azure or AWS account and every record stays in storage you control. If we host it for you, it runs as a dedicated instance for your organization, never a database shared with another shop, and you can download any binder or a verified backup archive at any time.
No software can. The FAA approves your repair station's training program under 14 CFR 145.163. True North ships a standard program of 38 items that you edit to match how you train, then generates the Training Program Manual in the structure AC 145-10 describes so you can submit it. When the approval letter arrives you record it, and every record from then on cites the approved revision.
Yes. Choose the program type: Part 135 operator maintenance (14 CFR 135.433), Part 91 flight department (IS-BAO), a shop without an air agency certificate, or an AS9100 or AS9110 organization. The items, references, manual wording, and the approval of a revision change to match.
Yes. Import a CSV with employee ID, item, and completion date (plus optional instructor, hours, method, score, and next due date). Rows are checked and previewed before anything is written. Imported records name who entered them and print names without electronic signatures, because only people who acted in the system sign.
It can. 27 lessons ship ready to use, the Training Library adds 141 courses, you can build your own from slides, PDF decks, and video, and vendor courses load as SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages. Passing a lesson sends the linked item to a person for sign-off, so a quiz never writes a training record by itself.
Yes. True North prints its own record forms and 46 forms in five kits with your name and logo. If you would rather keep your paperwork, the quality manager uploads your PDF under Forms, Your own forms, places its fields, and True North prints and fills your form instead. Nothing is locked, so every shop can run on its own forms.
It is white label. Set the product name, colors, and logo to match your shop, and every record form prints your shop name and logo. Each person gets one of eleven roles, from system administrator to new hire. With more than one shop, each supervisor sees the people and records of their own shop, and management and quality see every shop.
About as long as it takes to install it or have us host it, add your shops, paste in your roster, and check the 38 standard items against how you train. Records print on True North forms from day one, so your own forms can come later.
An access code opens your own copy of a fictional repair station for a week. Pick any account from one menu, from the quality manager to a new hire, and follow the guided tours.
