Terms of sale
These terms cover digital products sold at truenorthlms.com by David Burton, doing business as True North, Virginia, USA ("we").
License
Each purchase gives you a nonexclusive license to use the product at one repair station or maintenance organization location, including by everyone who works there. You may edit the files and print as many copies as you need for that location. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or edited copies.
Delivery and payment
Products are delivered as instant downloads after payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
All sales final
Because products are delivered instantly, all sales are final, as described in our sales policy.
Not regulatory approval or advice
Products are recordkeeping aids. They are not FAA approved, they don't replace your repair station manual, quality manual, or FAA approved training program, and they aren't legal or regulatory advice. You're responsible for how you use them and for meeting your regulatory obligations. Check every reference against current regulations and your responsible Flight Standards office.
Warranty and liability
Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
The True North platform
Subscriptions to the True North platform are covered by a separate service agreement that sets out uptime, support, data handling, and termination. How employee records are protected is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
