Change your plan

The Plan page shows what you pay for and what you use. An upgrade, another station or the library add-on takes effect within a minute; a lower plan waits for the renewal date.

Steps

  1. Open Admin, Plan. It shows the plan, the stations on it against the shops in use, the people against the plan size, and the library. In the app: /admin/plan
  2. The system administrator or the accountable manager presses Change the plan. True North's plan page opens, signed for your site and good for 15 minutes.
  3. Pick the new plan, stations or the library add-on. The page shows the new price and what is charged today before anything changes.
  4. Confirm. The billing changes and your site gets the new plan within a minute, with no restart and no new password.
  5. A lower plan or fewer stations takes effect at the renewal date; write to support and it is set to change then.

  • Set up email from your own domain Password resets, approval notices and the weekly digest are sent from the mail server you enter, so they come from your domain.
  • Your name, logo and colors The product name, short name, logo and colors print on the pages and the documents; the organization's legal name prints on the manual and every record.

  • Backups, health and the Operations page Hosted instances take a verified daily backup with an off-site copy; the Operations page shows the last one, the disk, the database check and the warnings.
