The training program and its items

The program is the list of training items with who needs them and how often. The manual is generated from it.

Steps

  1. Open Training program, Program to see the items, who they apply to and their intervals. In the app: /admin/program
  2. Edit an item or add one under Training items: name, applies to (roles, shops, aircraft types), interval in months, whether OJT events are required. In the app: /admin/training-items
  3. Each change raises a program revision. Generate the manual (TN-TPM) from the Program page, submit the revision to your responsible Flight Standards office, and record the response on the revision. In the app: /admin/program
  4. Needs assessments tie positions and capabilities to the items; print them from Needs assessments. In the app: /admin/needs-assessments
