Good to know before you buy
What do I need to open them?
The tracker works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer. The forms and turnover reports work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Other PDF apps can fill in the fields, but the automatic counts and due dates need Acrobat Reader.
How do I add my logo to the forms?
Open a form in Acrobat Reader and click the box that says "Click to add your logo." Pick your image and it drops in. Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) and click to remove it. If you leave it empty, it won't print.
Can I change the form numbers?
Yes. Click the form number at the bottom of the page and type your own number, revision, and date so it matches your repair station manual.
Are these FAA approved?
No. They're recordkeeping tools built around Part 43 and Part 145 requirements. Your repair station manual and FAA approved training program always come first, so check the forms against them before you use them.
Can my whole shop use it?
Yes. Each purchase covers one repair station or maintenance location, including everyone who works there. You can print as many copies as you need.

Which kit should I start with?
Most repair stations start with the Training Records Kit and the Quality Control Kit, since those are the records an FAA inspector reviews most. Add the EHS Safety Kit if you handle your own OSHA paperwork. The Complete Bundle covers everything for less than three kits bought separately.
Do the EHS forms cover my state?
They reference federal OSHA (29 CFR 1904 and 1910) and EPA (40 CFR 112 and 262) rules plus NFPA and ANSI standards. States with their own OSHA plan, your local fire code, your insurer, or your airport lease may add requirements, so check those before you use the forms.
Which turnover form do I need?
If your shop works one shift and closes for the night, use the End of Day Turnover. If you run multiple shifts or 24/7, use the Shift Turnover Report so outgoing and incoming supervisors sign the handoff together. The kit includes both.
Is the sample data real?
No. Every name, certificate number, and company in the examples is made up.
