Sales policy

Our products are instant digital downloads. Once a file is delivered it can't be returned, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If something is wrong with a file

If a download is damaged, won't open, or doesn't match its description on our shop page, email david.burton@truenorthlms.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout. We'll fix it or send a replacement. If we can't make it right, we'll refund that purchase.
